My old outdoor cat used to get car oil on his back…full of driveway dust, etc. (And yes, we did lose him to the street eventually). My old cat needs her baths, too, since she’s almost 18!
Remember the towel trick, it makes them feel better!

Seriously, he needed baths — else he smelled like he rolled in his own poo. Luckily, when we got our new kitty, Bear managed to learn to wash himself more thoroughly and we haven’t needed to give him a bath over 6 months.

This is totally bleeeeeen.
