Oh, this just totally made my day! I LOVE LOVE LOVE pandas. I’m grateful to live in San Diego where I can watch them often. SOooooo cute. The first one is my favorite, like he totally got high-centered on that brach.

Well, white swans on Mondays. Tuesdays it’s lovebirds. Wednesday, budgerigars. Thursdays you’ve got turtledoves, Fridays assorted finches, Saturday gross/cute little featherless bebeh cockatiels in remote-controlled helicopters, and on Sunday, frogmouth owls!
I imagine the mailbag is knitted from the finest pink angora. In fact, it is the cousin of one of Ed Wood’s favourite sweaters.

I had the same thought as Ginger. Zen panda seems to be 50% head by volume. is there a rule of cute about having a head that’s too big for your body?

I just found an old New York Times article about professional cute-ologists and their findings. It’s unsurprisingly similar to the rules of cute that the CO cuteologists have discovered.
It’s a lovely article. I recommend it to anyone else who hasn’t read it already.

Tocks on a Log is my favorite baby panda picture EVER. I’m not sure if he’s mostly fluff or fat, but he is AWESOME.
