Have I mentioned that I love baby animals? I was away for a week and my baby made a nest in my bed with socks, underwear and a pillow. All clean of course!

It might be “wrong”, but there are days that I’d rather crawl in bed with a snuggly kitteh rather than my boyfriend… LIKE TODAY, RIGHT NOW. That kitten is out of control with his “come hither” eyes and cuddly blankie.

In other news, I totally love that bed and blanket set.
Many years ago, I had a dachshund who kept the bed warm for me in upstate New York. This may have been related to a lack of decent heat in the attic apartment – he would crawl under the covers and snooze away with his head on a pillow. Only in winter – summer in New York was a whole different ballgame (do *not* touch me! put ice in my bowl *now*!)
Such a tiny baby for such a big bed.

reminds me of my kitteh, who likes to crawl around under the covers at night. thats awesome in winter but not so much in the Summer IYKWIMAITYD.

That kitten must have exceptionally clean feets to be allowed up on a white bed. My Meg always manages to put mucky little paw-prints on my quilt. For some reason the bedding says ‘nice hotel’ to me – I would LOVE a hotel where you get a kitten on your pillow instead of a chocolate mint!
Right now I am in my bed (same brown head board as in the photos) in my blue bedroom with my white duvet and right beside me (under the covers, with their heads on a pillow of course)are my two cats. All three of us love the kitten in the pictures. (and yes, I am a crazy cat lady)
This is usually the last thing I see as I drag my tired butt out the door into the cold to start a long day of work…’cept I have six >10 pounders all snuggy in the bed….I tell them they all need to get jobs, but they haven’t yet…

Mmmmkay… well if you say so. I had (and I do mean HAD) a cat that just loooved to pee on my white down comforter. Very much a dog person… they pee OUTSIDE.
With that sweet lil face peeking out at me, I don’t think I would make it to work…..I can see it now, calling in… “You see boss, I have a pretty serious case of the snorgles….”

Hey, I have that comforter too! The apricot marmie hairs of my George don’t really show on it, but he sleeps more on the (blue) quilt at the bottom of the bed anyway (except when he’s making a nuisance of himself on the pillows in the middle of the night).

OMGosh, so adorable..I had a kitty once with blue eyes n white eyeliner. I have never head any one else call it that..I always use to say that no one could wear white eyeliner better than my Sapphire, but this little one does a great job. Yoots! My linguistics professor played that segment of “My Cousin Vinny” for our class once to demonstrate difference in regional dialects.
I’d never be able to get out of a bed with a sweet little snuggler like that. As it is, I have to clear about 50 lbs. of cat off the bed when I get up anyway, as they hold down the covers to keep them from floating away, doncha know.

I have no idea what color of blue it is… my apartment came painted that colour, amazingly.
And no, I didn’t put her there. This was the first time I ever left her alone in the house… when I came back, 45 minutes later, there she was! Thankfully, I learned to carry a camera at all times when kittens are around.
