I do like snails. As I am a so-so gardener and the opposite of a lawn nut (we keep a portion of our back yard free of any cultivation for the little things in life, that conveniently stay away from the cultivated parts) I can say that I can appreciate slugs, too. God's little creatures, folks! Now it is birdy feeding season and I am just so excited. The Great Backyard Bird Count is coming! Please participate! I like the tiny things in my gardens.
