I have two of these in Black and White. Mine also vibrate and product a calming humming/purrlike noice that relieves stress and neck strain…I recommend this type of therapy to everyone.

Aww man… the first time met my future husband, his cat zipped through the apt. and launched himself at my shoulders. He was my constant catshawl for the next eight years and I miss him terribly. Great photo which brings back memories. Thanks, Cuteoverload.

I have one of these from the Canine collection. 17 lbs but he doesn’t care, when we’re on the couch he’s laying across my shoulders with his fuzzy little chin whiskers tickling my face.. LOVE THAT!
MMMMMMM…… Kitty neck warmer . I used to have a Chihuahua one . I really miss it ! Old English Bulldogs do not fit so well around the neck!

Sahawi Wife: I sujjest using the bull dog as a lap warmer, I hear they work well as one. My cat would never do that, but he does make a nice head warmer when I sleep.
This reminds me of the Flintstones where the animal-tools would often break the 4th wall, and say stuff like “Well, it’s a living..” Except much cuter of course.
My old orange shrug was the best thing of life… in the winter. Not so great for summer wearage srry2say.

My aunt told me my dad had one of these in black. Unfortunately, none of mine want to be neckwarmers. But I love ‘em with all my heart anyway.

I attempted this with Yitzy. Not happening:
1. his clawses are sharp and many
2. he weighs nearly 15 pounds and his belleh dosen’t drape well.
3. He thought I was crazeeee – meowed loudly & jumped down toute suite!
The kitten’s expression is like ‘What? What? Why are people giggling? This is a normal thing to do!’

@yitzysmommie: Hm. Mr. Picky does the same thing. He thinks all 4 feet should be in contact with something more solid than my hands or my shoulders, but he is perfectly willing to admit curling up behind legs or on laps. Necks, not so much….
