Reminds me of the spot under my oven that one of my cats practically lived in when she was a kitten – I’d go into the kitchen and there’d be this nose-and-whisker set peeping out at ankle level. I didn’t cook much till she got too big for the hole!

While this vid is amusing & adorable…& really NOT trying to be a total nuffer…I am reminded of a friend of mine whose “round” kitty got himself stuck in a tight spot (while they were away for a weekend) and suffocated to death (the vet thinks the poor little guy might have a had heart attack in his panic).

When I first got my two Tuxes they soon discovered a gap between the kitchen cupboards, a large stone from the beach solved the problem,and it’s still there.

Hate to nuff, but I’m glad he didn’t get all the way in there and get stuck… ripping out cabinets can get pretty exspensive. Still, it was cute.
Are you sure there isn’t a toy in there? I’ve seen my cats have that level of determination when a small toy mouse or foil ball gets tucked back in a corner.
Oh, and who names their dog Jeter? At least name him after someone from the GOOD team… like Beckett or Papelbon.

Sometimes my dog will try and climb under the bed, it usually ends with her being stuck and her hind legs sticking out. Luckily, it’s easy to lift up the bed to let her out!

Although, to be honest, the dog is just doing something he saw in a million episodes of “Tom and Jerry.”
If he weren’t growling a bit when trying to get in there, I’d say it was just a hole he’d gotten too big for. (< ---preposition. sue me.(raspberry noises))
But the growling makes me think there’s a little mousie or two back there.
I’m guessing Michael Jeter, of Mr. Noodle (and Evening Star) fame. Puppy’s ’stache is strangely reminiscent.

One of my favorite stories when I was little–Now I keep thinking of it as “The Pudgy Little
Puppy.” Not to end a sentence in a preposition– It’s the picture of the puppy of which I am most fond.
Aww, too friggin’ cute. Reminds me of my chi mutt, who for some reason loves sticking her head into this giant metal pipe we have in the backyard (for some reason) and growling. And when I tap on the pipe and it makes a ‘bong!’ sound, she whines. What a dummy.
What you *don’t* see is the mouse that’s been dead for three days in that space betwixt the cupboards–li’l Jeter wants to get in and roooooll in it…

Dear Yankeebird, OK, I won’t tease you about it. I really like that you are a Baastan person and a true fan- your humor is just wonderful! As said previously, I live with the Yankee-loving bunch, and so, am more familiar with them. I do like the sound of the name ‘Papelbon’-it sounds kind of warm and fuzzy, and a great name for Papillion!
@ Hon Glad – the only time the name causes me problems is when it becomes about baseball. The rest of the time, I wear it with pride. I love my UK friends.

Couple of answere…on the original post it says puppersons is a Havanese…and the Little Golden Book was THe POKY Little Puppy, not Pudgy. This post sure made me feel better after the ones that made me cry. LOL’ing still.

Awww, this reminds me of my doggy, he used to do the same when he was a pup 14 years ago. Only he would also get stuck and then start screaming for help.
I miss him.
Awwww! A tibetan terrier! I have one too. She makes funny grumbling noises like that all the time also.
And plus, she just got groomed and for some reason it actually looks like her ‘tocks has cheeks now. Haha weirdddd!

But havanese and tibetans are pretty much the same anyways. But mine’s biggerrr.
