our girl zuzu turns off her bones sometimes like that, if she wants to get from the couch to under the ottoman and doesn’t want to actually get up and turn around in between. or when she’s on the couch and someone pets her. she’s adorable like that: a big puddle of lab.
Now we need a ‘puppy scooper’ not just a ‘pooper scooper’.

Awww, he’s just like Dorothy on the Wizard of Oz — he got into that linoleum field and just couldn’t go any farther!
He reminds me of my oldest son when he was a baby. When he got tired, he’d crawl around with his head bowed down on the floor. Soon I would find him sound asleep in a doorway or in the middle of the floor somewhere.
That party just flat wore me out Zzzzzzzz puppy brefs flowing freely

Soo… Pokey-Puppy-transforms-into-rice-pudding performance art. Puppeh is the omelet companion to our rice, warming the plate of rice in our hearts* (omuraisu, omelet on rice). He represents the slow of time between sleep and wake. He… he is the melting clock.
