This new kitten acupuncture treatment is great for my allergies…

12 Sarah 05.29.08 at 9:56 pm

Oh my God I need a head kitten STAT.
As it gets bigger and heavier, it can graduate to shoulder kitten. Ideally it will adapt to being worn like a fur collar or stole. I will alternate which side I wear the head from day to day, so it doesn’t develop a permanent side-bend in its spine (a kitten with scoliosis would the The Saddest Thing). Any time I am feeling tired or blue, I will just tilt my head to that side and we will share cheekbone snorgles. My shoulder kitten will purr in my ear when I am tense, and I will be the happiest, calmest, most effective and productive teacher in the whole school.
Also, I won’t spend as much time checking Cute Overload while my students do SSR because I will have Cute Overload AROUND MY NECK AT ALL TIMES OMG

13 harlemgrrl 05.29.08 at 9:59 pm

It’s a Marmie brain slug!

http://www.smiley.cz/futurama-knihovna-narod-sobe.html

Because, you know, brain slugs make you CATatonic :: guffaw ::

14 Rosie 05.29.08 at 10:09 pm

So sweeet and delicious!

Though I hope the “No claws is extra” isn’t suggesting declawing! :P

15 jaypo 05.29.08 at 10:19 pm

I feel more relaxed just looking at hims.

16 Jenn 05.29.08 at 10:22 pm

The newest craze! Kitten claw brain aeration! The prick of the tiny claws open the pores of the scalp and allow the brain to breath. (May also affect hair growth) Call in the next 15 minutes and we will double your order (for additional shipping charges and qte fees) Don’t wait! Marmies are running out but we still have plenty of greys, tabbies, and orca kittys. Quantities are limited to 4 doses of qteness. Irresponsible and over use could melt brain cells and cause excessive bleeding…

17 Theresa 05.29.08 at 11:03 pm

Sweet li’l floppity ears!

I flinch when I just look at those tiny kitten needle-claws. I can almost feel them climbing up my jeans!

18 Juniper Jupiter 05.29.08 at 11:10 pm

Wow! Just looking at that pic makes me drool and wanna snoozzzzzz!!! Oh, and WANT THAT KITLING!!!!

20 Michelle 05.29.08 at 11:38 pm

sigh. I love when kittens can’t quite hold their heads up yet and their eyes are still squinchy.

21 berthaservant 05.29.08 at 11:49 pm

Thank you meowandwoof (and thanks again Meg) for indulging my marmie jones. It gets worse by the day.

Hair biscuits!

22 chanpon 05.30.08 at 12:16 am

New treatment for lice? Alright that was kind of gross. *sigh* Wish my kitties would still fit on my head.

23 riolinda 05.30.08 at 12:20 am

teeny tiniest of claws. I would like a kitty massage please! :)

yeah, if I tried to put my cats on my head… they would smother me! ha-ha!

24 Cara N. 05.30.08 at 12:26 am

I want.

25 Lone 05.30.08 at 12:37 am

“AH! Someones got a small fortune in hair care products I see!”.

26 gizmo 05.30.08 at 12:43 am

Sheesh, I can tell that guy’s sporting a rug from a mile away.

27 260Oakley 05.30.08 at 12:48 am

Reminds me of my cat, who likes to “chew” my hair. Of course, she only noms it when it’s good and dirty, so I think it’s her not so subtle way of saying “A little shampoo never hurt anybody!” This from the cat who’s never had a bath.

28 Tony James 05.30.08 at 1:14 am

Some massages come with a happy ending – this one comes with a POYNTEE ENDING!

35 nismo 05.30.08 at 2:37 am

I do this with my hamster sometimes. Not a lot, though. He peed on my hair once.

36 Totalee Puppy 05.30.08 at 3:10 am

Can we get kitten special
massage as a mobile unit?
Imagine working dispatch for this…OK, gang…What’s
a good name for this company?

37 Rachel Sweeden 05.30.08 at 3:18 am

My kitten Patches does that she also sits on my shoulder.

38 anomalous4 05.30.08 at 4:09 am

=LOL= I had a kitten once that must have been taken away from his momcat too soon ‘cuz he never quite got the hang of being a “normal” cat – keeping himself clean, burying his doodoos, etc. but I still loved him to death for his habit of curling up on the pillow next to my head when I went to bed. There’s nothing else in the world like being purred to sleep every night.

P.S. If the treatment doesn’t work, wear the kitten.

41 Totalee Puppy 05.30.08 at 12:27 pm

HON GLAD lol! I think I have a name for the mobile

42 Fegli 05.30.08 at 1:14 pm

That kitten doesn’t look very happy up there… call me a nuff but I’d rather see him safe on the ground (not that the owners weren’t paying careful attention, but y’know whatI’msayin’.)

43 Theo 05.30.08 at 1:51 pm

Hey T-Puppy:

Business as usual. ;)

44 kar 05.30.08 at 2:27 pm

Pssst. Don’t stare at the hairpiece. Yeah, I know. It’s even more obvious than the last one.

45 debg 05.30.08 at 8:05 pm

260Oakley, my dearly departed Clive used to suck on my hair too, but only when it was wet from being shampooed. Aren’t they weird!

46 Gail 05.31.08 at 1:51 am

@260Oakley & debg: My sweet, departed Patty (a tuxie) would not only do that (bite hair and then SMOOSH her face on the hair) to me, but to my friends when they’d come over! “Um, Gail, what is your cat doing on my head?!?”

She used to sleep across my neck and put her cheek against mine. She’d also drag her paw ever-so-lightly across my eyelid to wake me up!! She was quite a cat! She also liked to knock my phone off the hook. It got so well known, that once she did it to my mom who when she realized I hadn’t answered it, said “Patty?” on the phone and got a “meow” in response! She never did learn to hang it back up, though!!

In your Easter Bonnet, with all the Marms upon it, You’ll be the finest Lady at the Easter Parade!

48 samerah 06.01.08 at 2:21 pm

that’s cute. I wish I had a cat like that instead of a black cat that likes to sleep all day and night. Then when I go outside my cat wants to come out wit me and when i go in he feels ready to play because he went outside!!!!!
