In the first pic, the pup is kinda “ooo scaries! big animule!”. Then second pic, “no worries mate, he’s my big bro!” I live near Shreve, and seriously hope there will be a book signing in the area once her new book is out.
There’s gonna be a lot of nuffing about coyotes being pets, but these two are sooooo sweet!

…but there’s no reason for these to work if you can’t just see them normally in the post, here. That is to say, there’s nothing *technically* out of the ordinary about the photos, like how they were prepared or uploaded.
They are the cutest…if any of you haven’t met them yet, go to the site immediately. Read the story from the beginning…it’s wonderful.

The pictures displayed here are part of the Daily Coyote subscription service, so aren’t displayed on the regular Daily Coyote site. I am so in love with Daily Coyote that I am more than willing to pay the $5 a months to get the extra pictures emailed to me M-F. FYI- She also sent pics of MC through the email service(not his face, but let me tell ya, they were niiice pics)…
Also, keep in mind that the DC web site is typically on a 5-or-so month delay from real time. Pics of Chloe should arrive there at some point… With the DC emails, you get a mix of brand new and “back in the day” photos.

Yeah, it’s not very clear, aside from the link Theo provided it’s also under “Current Pics” on the DC home page. And really, I’m not being paid by Shreve to advertise the subscription service, I just get so much joy out of it (and my daily Cute Overload emails, for that matter) that I want to spread the word!

I was there the morning Shreve cut the comments part from the Daily Coyote blog.
There were some serious buttheads just ripping into her because its the net and people think its ok to be rude and cruel in anonimity.
I got so mad, and went to post a response to the buttheads, and suddenly the comments were gone, she had pulled them as I was typing, and I dont blame her at all, though I do miss leaving comments for her.
She told me that she realized that responding to the nasty comments was taking her away from her time with Charlie, she was going to take her daily walk with him, and stopped to reply to the nastiness posted by those nitwits.
So she decided to close the comments, at least until her book is finished.
Makes me wanna smack the rude and crude miscreants hiding behind their computers…..
I knew Charlie would be with her for life, she and Eli are his pack, he will never leave them, at least not willingly.
Daily Coyote is my third stop every morning, right after CO
