Theo – thank you for the Bobby McFerrin link. I sent it to my choir director who I found out had actually gone to BMcF’s concert at the Meyerhoff a few years ago. He said he was amazed at how many people knew the Gounod and how gorgeous it was.

Here the bus fare used to be 1 baby langur monkey, but now they’ve made it TWO BABY ELEPHANTS. How am I supposed to be lugging around two frisky half-tonne baby elephants? On a BUS?! Don’t be complaining to me about no squirmy wallabies! I hate inflation and these differences in currency values!

Thanks, Theo– I was singing along!! That WAS awesome. I’m a classical soprano, and McFerrin has the best intonation of any singer in any style.

BTW, it took my a while to warm up to DWBH but I kind of like it, now.
