I have 3 thoughts for this.
1. OMG!!! THE EARS! THE EARS!!!!!!
2. Bun seems to think of it as real because it assumes the position of “Groom me now or die!”
3. It then looks like my rabbits. My male does not embrase traditional bunnyintercourse and tends to approach from the other end…if ya know what I mean. (I think that’s why some are creeped)

I’m thinking the video is so short because shortly after the second round of spa ear flappage, the disapproval became too great and the real bunny went into hulk mode and said to the mechanical monster Cylon bunny “DO NOT WANT!”
I guess if you’re gonna make a robot bunneh, you should include the air-humping function. Makes sense when you think about it.

The real bunny is demanding homage from the robot (the submissive bun grooms the head of the leader). My rabbit does this too, jamming her face under the cats to get her well-earned respect. She gets royally angry when they blow her off.

Funny? No. Amusing, yes. However, it would have been funnier if the robo didn’t looked placed under the ears just after the edit/cut.

I’m a little confounded. I watched it, laughed myself silly, sent it to lots of people, and the youngest recipient (28) wrote back that it was funny but “pretty crude”. It never crossed my mind that it would be taken as crude. Mechanical bunny was hopping, not humping. Then I came back and read all the comments and it seems that lots of people saw it as a bit crude. I almost want to nuff about that.

This isn’t crude! The real bunny is demanding a head rub from this strange robot bunny. As he would from his owners, or anyone else who appeared in his presence. Head rubs are the best things in the world for bunnies.

And yeah, the real bun is asking the fake bun for a grooming. My bunnies will do that every time I walk by (yes, I know, that means I’m not the top bun) and I always stop to give them a little nose rub and ear wiggle, ala the second bit of the video.
I’ll bet that feels great for the real bun, though; he’s probably grinding away under there. It’s like some cute rabbit version of one of those Shiatsu massage machines.

The video is crude *and* funny. I have a rabbit at home and the body language on the rabbit was definitely friendly and social. I’d LOVE to get one of those toys for my rabbit. It was so sweet how the rabbit presented his head to the robbbit. THe ear flapping was just icing on the cake.

TOO funny! I’m still giggling. The mechanical rabbit is annoying, but I used to have a toy like that not too long ago for my bun-she LOVED it for the same reason this bun does-if you position yourself correctly you’ll get a continuous petting! Perfect for keeping bunny distracted while you’re cooking and need a temporary petting replacement.
