oh and charliewabba – the whole purpose of the swiffer is to remove floof from the floor not to add to it. when I use the standard swiffer I can make several cats with what I pick up.
It appears to me that this kitteh has purred his ‘tocks off, and has somehow acquired more than his fair share of belleh.

Aww, he looks like one of the cats I grew up with. Turkish Van lookalike, actually a barn cat. He used to sit by the door and do the “pet me” purr at anyone who walked in.
Bill may not be cute, but Opus definitely is “cute or sad.” (Opus in ‘08, by the way).

My kitty Esme does this all the time, but she is an awful, awful tease. I can’t resist petting her soft belly, but as soon as I touch her she tries to chew my hand off. Sometimes I sneak up on her while she’s sleeping to get a couple of belly pets in before she wakes up and the claws come out. I am ashamed that I have to stoop that low to get my fix of belly floof.

My husband calls this pose Flippies. Step 1. Flip kitteh Step 2. Full face snorggle in the tummy. Step 3. Use tape roller to remove fur from face. Studies prove it works best to relieve stress after a long day at work.
