ham pouches are a wonder of nature. I read somewhere that if you were to kill a fully-loaded ham (not that we would ever want to do that!) and cut it open, you’d find that the contents of the powshes are perfectly organized to maximize the amount of stuffing they can achieve. It is a true talent.
