Looks more like Miss Kitty in Festus Hagen’s clothes. I think it’s the coy look the dog is giving in the first picture.
Not to be a huge nerd, but that title is a quote from Dirty Harry, not one of Clint’s westerns.

I just love the abundance of Cavalier puppehs lately.
The pup totally has this look of contempt his (or her) face … And then in the second pic the pup is looking up at his owner like “But these humans do get awfully cute and goofy when I wear this costume and make faces…” lol Too precious!
