Reminds me of the time my daughter rescued a newborn baby vole… dropped in the river when a water snake invaded the den. Only way to keep it alive was in a tissue in my bra, feeding it kitten formula with an eyedropper constantly. It lived and grew up to be a great pet, loved to be handled and carried!
