I like the extreme ear extension. Looks like the Vespa is going a bit too fast for any good floppage. By the way…….I hope they’re on the way to my house!!!!!
I hope they are coming to my house — I live in SF and a friend of mine died in a motorcycle accident this weekend, so I need puppeh snorgling in the worst way. I have already been hanging out in Golden Gate Park saying hi to the goldens.
SixFootJen: Ok, I’ll send them over if they show up. You can have all the Vespup. But be careful stalking those goldens……carries a big time prison sentence….(I am NOT speaking from experience)
*shifty eyes*
That’s in the past now!
I love people that take their doggies around SF with them on the scooter. I once saw one on Van Ness with a pup in a plastic carrier sitting in the footbed (at least I hope it was a pup – I don’t think kittehs take too kindly to riding in the open air).
SixFootJen, so sorry for your loss. I hereby recommend puddin’s every hour on the hour, and all the Goldens you can snorgle. (If anyone in the park gives you a hard time, tell them you have a prescription…)
if dis was our boy pup, Oscar, he’da chewed a new opening into the carrier by now and his whole body would be flapping in the wind because he’da gotten his collar stuck on the zipper and he would have this confused and somewhat mortified look on his face meanwhile leaving a steady trail of airborne urine in his wake:
ahh how cool.
i would love to take my sugarbear in one of those packs on my scooter!
annie- thanks for the link.
those carriers are great, and they look pretty safe.
actually i would rather have one where the pack is on the front, so that i can talk to my pup and make sure she doesnt look terrified.
but i think this little guy is having a blast.
I have no idea where the current crop of “you should fuzz out plate numbers” came from…your license plate is absolutely 100% NOT private information. Its 100% publically visible every second unless you park in a closed garage. If the guy’s driver’s license or credit card number were visible, I’d be right there with ya, but not on a license plate.
Lets not dilute the legitimate privacy concerns with silly ones please!
Maybe I’m going blind, but even with this resolution, I can’t make out the license plate… not that I have any reason to do do… ’cause I don’t play CSI except on Thursday nights.
Just yesterday I was pondering the purchase of a scooter, but was wondering how I could bring my dog (a 14 pounder) along with me. This gives me some ideas!
Where does this ridiculous cuteness occur !?! *peers closely at pic* A-HA! The end of Fulton right by City Hall! I must hide out at the intersection and make a mad pup-snatching grab at the red light! … *shifty eyes* … I mean… uh… nothingks..
All the cool kids (pups) ride Vespas.
Cute pup, but I do worry what might happen were there to be an accident (same as with doggies in the backs of trucks).
(yes, I’m a nuff.
)
scoot on, pupster!
Look at his ear flaps flappin’ in the wind! LOL!
I agree, Maggie. I worry about puppy spillage if brakes are slammed on.
I wonder if Miss Gulch would ride away with Toto on a Vespa nowadays.
Very cute, BUT… where is his pup helmet? Where are his Doggles? At least he’s not driving, talking on a cell phone…
i think we need a c.o.x.c.u on this one…
Want… Both in case you were wondering.
oh and Jbo he left them in the pupteria back at dog school.

meg, theo, we need a COXCU
It’s a Vespup!
I know, I know, it’s a CELL phone pic, so no es possible for COXCU! So sorry!!!
Aubrey — right you are… updating hovertext…
Marmar — I think that’s as close as it gets, for this shot. Looks like it was taken by somebody’s camera phone at the spur of the moment.
Meg — JINX!
I hope they are coming to my house — I live in SF and a friend of mine died in a motorcycle accident this weekend, so I need puppeh snorgling in the worst way.

Ohhhh I found the ultra plush and cool carrier vespup is in.
It has seat belts and everything. Check it out peeps.

Scootin’ pup, look out.
Why has no one mentioned the flailing ears? Look at how they flail!
I love people that take their doggies around SF with them on the scooter. I once saw one on Van Ness with a pup in a plastic carrier sitting in the footbed (at least I hope it was a pup – I don’t think kittehs take too kindly to riding in the open air).
Oh!! Want! What a great way to spend a sunny day in the city scootin around with yer best bud in a bag!
SixFootJen, so sorry for your loss. I hereby recommend puddin’s every hour on the hour, and all the Goldens you can snorgle. (If anyone in the park gives you a hard time, tell them you have a prescription…)
The license plate should probably be fuzzed out…
Pup says: Ciao!
Hi Peg! Could he be saying “Puppy Chiao”?
Hi Aubrey! Yes, Puppy Chiao, though if he’s prone to motion sickness maybe Pupto Bismol would be better.
Cool driving. is it on time delivery? LoL. but really nice picture
Ok, this increases my Vespa lust +10…but not with the little doogie… that’s just too cute for me to handle…must look a…way.
Ah the freedom of the open road, with the wind in your ears.
Now that kind of bag would be called a barkpack.
So cute.
Even better – if he takes more than 45 minutes to arrive, you can has him FREE!
if dis was our boy pup, Oscar, he’da chewed a new opening into the carrier by now and his whole body would be flapping in the wind because he’da gotten his collar stuck on the zipper and he would have this confused and somewhat mortified look on his face meanwhile leaving a steady trail of airborne urine in his wake:

**seriously though, he’s the sweetest, silliest, timid dog there is ^^
Yay earflops!!
I love the ear flappage!
There was a pizza in the backapack.
Very cute…i’m overloaded.
if you look close, you can see him saying “vrooooom!”
ahh how cool.
i would love to take my sugarbear in one of those packs on my scooter!

Vespups!
Barkpacks!
Pupto Bismol!
STOP, before I splode!
I want .. a Vespup. Stat.
Some truly excellent pup-puns everyone. I salute you.
Now back to the cutie in the back pack. ….

Thanks, reg – I was thinking the same thing. Why on earth would you blur out the license plate number of some random person on the street?
Maybe I’m going blind, but even with this resolution, I can’t make out the license plate… not that I have any reason to do do… ’cause I don’t play CSI except on Thursday nights.
“do SO,” NOT “do do.”
(That’s just icky.)
NYgilry – Oscar is CUTE! I love dacshunds! Huge T-rex sized personalities in miniature sausage-dog packages. Give him a little pat for me?
footinmouth – There is still a pizza in the backpack. But now it’s in the puppy in the backpack. It has extra pupperoni.
If they take longer than 30 minutes, is the pup free?
Just yesterday I was pondering the purchase of a scooter, but was wondering how I could bring my dog (a 14 pounder) along with me. This gives me some ideas!
Puppy needs a helmutt!

Tanx Loris
he’s my special widdle boy
What? No Cute Overload Extreme Closeup?
OH my! I’ve seen this little guy! His ears blow in the wind. Adorable.
This makes me really nervous …
