I Googled ‘British Blue’ and it says the juvenile cats have faint rings on the tail. What a cutie patotie. Russian Blues only have “vivid green” eyes. Sometimes they will have a genetic flaw which produces yellow eyes. I think I would agree that this is a British Blue then.

This most definitely looks like a British Blue. Russian Blues do not have the roundy, smiley face that Brit Blues have.
