happiness is a puppeh pillow, even if you’re a cat.
Sometimes, when I see pictures like this, I think that the adult animal (in this case Noe) thinks that somehow the puppy is her offspring and is like, “Well, he’s not pretty, but he’s mine and I love him.”

Yes, I think the kitteh is totally “mothering” the pup with warmth and company. He’s clearly very young and maybe missing his biological mom.. but kitteh is there to comfort him! Meanwhile, I wouldn’t mind a kitteh/puppeh snorgle for a little comfort too. MMM would love to bury my face right into the spot between kitteh elbow and puppeh back. Scrumptious!

Ymmm–a ginger cat croissant with a lovely filling. At my house, the dog is bigger, and my cats sneak up along her spine after she has fallen asleep, since as a standard poodle princess she would not stand for this cuddling foolishness. Love this shot!

When I was little I used to rub the satin on my blankie for comfort. I want to rub those prosh puppeh ears RIGHT NOW. And maybe put them in my mouth.

My kitteh did this to me the other night. I just got my wisdom teeth out and I had to sleep downstairs on the recliner. Toby flopped right next to me and purred most happily, making sure I was warm and toasty.

This is the cutest picture ever. It is even, dare I say, “precious” (that’s right, I went there).
Their pose does remind me of those Perfect Pet toys, but the toys sorta fell into that uncanny valley for me. I’d much rather have the real pup and cat.

What kind of pup is Pinch? A Dachshund maybe?
When my kitties ‘vant to be aloone’ dey spoons each uther. But sometimes I’ll wake up in the middle of the night and one is down under the covers smooshed against my tummy and the other is on top of the covers plastered against my back. Does that count as a 3 way spoon? I pretend that it’s a bother, but I secretly love it!
Hi everyone, I’m the girl who sent the pic in to be posted. Noé is only 4 months old, and Pinch is about 8 weeks. He’s a daschund, miniature pinscher mix. This pic makes me melt (but keep in mind they are not always this cute…I often have to separate them before Noé eats his little head!!)
