Wow, look at that, a square fish! It kinda looks like a puffer.
I agree with Helene…looks like one of the puffer fish the FDA’s been warning about. Tis cute though
A square puffer.
The FDA warned about puffer fish?
That fish is clearly suffering.
That’s no cow fish, it’s a chocolate chip fish!

Kissy kissy!
This is a yellow-spotted boxfish (yes, even though it’s not very yellow). I used to have a 140 gallon salt water aquarium, so I’m familiar w/ tropical fish. This is one that no matter how cute it is, you do not want this species unless you have a MINIMUM of a 600 gallon tank. They are popular in the trade because they are so stinkin’ cute… and like all puffers (it doesn’t puff up much, but it is of that type of fish), they are highly intelligent. You get attached to them, then they get so big (up to 20″ long), you have to get rid of them or they will be miserable in a small tank. Some puffers that are also awwwwdowable don’t get beyond 4″ long at maturity. I had a fingerprint puffer I adored, but he apparently had internal parasites when I got him and he only lasted 6 weeks. *sigh* That was a smart fish.

Square fish?
Is this how McDonalds gets its fish sammies?? Aren’t they square?
Can he do triangulars too?
Huh, a square-shaped fish. I love it!
he’s like MOO. KEES ME.
Moooo to you too!
Cow Fish! Cow Fish!
Can’t you just hear Ellen DeGeneres saying ” I can speak Cow! MoooOOoooOOoooOoo MOooOOOoooOoo MoooOO”?
That’s a Huey Lewis fish….”It’s Hip To Be Square….”
Its either a boxfish or a cowfish. I’d say its a boxfish, because it doesn’t have any ‘Horns’.
Stackable fish!
Could one eat it on Fridays? (Assuming, if the pufferfish theory is correct, veeerrrrrrryyyyyyyy careful preparation!)
My old vet had one of these in an aquarium in their lobby… his name was “Crouton.”
SQUEEEEEEEE!!!
Feeshyfeeshyfeeshy!
Kees kees!
Bloop!
Glubglubglub.
This “moo” will do!!
It reminds me of this commercial from a few years back for Move Over Butter. I was thinking of the cows that sang with a female voice, but this one is pretty funny, too.
