Ok, this picture does it. I had been debating with myself whether CO was helping to alleviate my baby fever (by giving me something else small and cute to focus on) or fueling it. This picture has made it perfectly clear: CO is definitely adding fuel to the fire. All that extra cute-induced oxytocin is making me want a baby even more!

That actually is a current picture. My camera resets the date everytime we change the batteries, and sometimes there’s that one pic where you just say “Screw the date, that’s a one time shot!”. And yes, Vesta is a boxer. I got her from my cousin:). That was the first day I brought her home, and she just took to Loki like no other. When he sleeps, she crawls up and lays across his back. And Less, Loki never looked like a little alien human thing xD. He came out 9 lbs 1 oz and 21.5 inches long. So yea, he looked allll human like, lmao
And yea, the shiny spot is just a shiny spot. But that pic was done… in Feburary. Loki now has four teeth coming in and he’s a little over five months

Ya. We have two dogs. Vesta is pretty much Loki’s puppy. Rema is our six year od blue healer/australian sheapred. I got some cute ones of him and Rema. One I wish I could have gotten a pic of was when we first brought Loki home, and we hadn’t yet learned that little boys like to aim for you when you’re changing them. So we had him on the changing table, and all of a sudden he pees. It ends up hitting Rema while she was asleep on the floor. I wish I could have gotten a shot of her face xD. She was so mad and confused
ReneeS-that is a lesson that parents of baby boys learn VERY quickly…keep ‘em covered at all times!!

I’m not a baby hater, and I do think that this one is cute (although the puppy is cuter). But the inanity levels skyrocket as soon as babies become a conversational focus, so I’m hoping that CO puts a baby posting cap in place. Seriously. I don’t mind the occasional cute baby and pet photo, but I much prefer the purely animals or cats and racks photos.
Talk about a cute overload!! There’s nothing cuter than a dog showing it’s love to your baby. Thanks for giving me the privledge of seeing that!

A friend brings her baby over to our house and he’s only happy if he’s allowed to crawl around with the dogs and snorgle them like there’s no tomorrow! They’re big gentle mutts and he’s brave, so there’re no problems.

Children continue our race, for goodness sakes. Treat them better then they have been getting treated. Protect and love them, don’t ridicule them and put them down and stiffle their childhood.
