This one goes out to my hubbles Sparky. Sparky’s Pop passed away yesterday. Sparky feels sad about it, and I’m sure he’d rather be this hamster right now, dreaming of fresh broccoli trees.

Even though I’m kinda still new to CO…*huge hugs for Meg and Sparky* I know what it’s like to lose a hammie. Ours died several years ago. He actually looked like the hammie in this picture.

seems like everyone I encounter these days is losing a parent, or a pet…:-(
I was hoping I was imagining that FP, so thanks for being dependable about pointing it out, Theo. Amazing, some people. And for what it’s worth, I only ever took it as meaning Sparkster’s father as I didn’t think they had any pets at all in the CO household.
I took it truly as Sparky’s pop too, arbed, but then.. I don’t know. Maybe I’m just not sure of any of my perceptions these days.
I’m pretty sure she meant Sparky’s dad. I think she mentioned that they don’t have pets in a Rufus post.
Losing a parent…It’s too difficult for me to even imagine.
