That’s the bunny mascott of Bell Labs ‘Plan 9′ computer operating system.

It’s Glenda.
Both names; Glenda and Plan 9, are from Ed Wood films. They (the plan 9 team) use a lot of B movies names. eg, Mothera is their browser.
